Reflection

I learned lots because our teacher is wonderful every day and every day she teaches us lots of  cool work.she tales us off. What I don't like is when someone is mean to me and I don't like when people a hitting me and haveing  frights with  me I Don't like how I felt I feel angry that's when someone being mean to me. I feel sad when I am hit by a big kid like a year 8 or 7 and 6. What was interesting was going kiwi sports.what was good was haveing a lovely teacher miss king I will miss next year. How I make people happy by picking them up .

Soccer day

Last Thursday we went to football and we had to warm up .The first game we was played Cowboys and  Indians. we can't use our hands and you had to passing when you’re playing Soccer. Our coach was Jimmy. he told us What to do and we all had to do it .I felt at happy and Some  times  I get angry because they kick me out.I feel sad some times some.Some  times they Let me join back in the game.I feel happy when i can join the game.

History flash

I feel like a superhero when I am on the playground because I am History flash.

He wears black and yellow and dark red because he is on nightmare shift. He is even camouflaged.

He has a button that sends him to a different country to save people from bad guys who steal money from different countries .

The history flash would teleport to New York only when it's power is low he has to charge his power jacket. When his power jacket is charged, he will teleport to a different country again.

Museum

On Thursday room 13 went to the museum we had a booklet to find all the missing things. We looked at interesting things and pretended to be palaeontologists.  We saw a triceratops horn and the skin .There was the dinosaur and the volcano which was blowing smoke.   

Next we went to the treehouse and we climbed the treehouse and we saw a gorilla and boxs and toys and a clok.

We had a lovely gurop with our adults it was Trevor and Brandy and Mrs Samuels and Miss Wood and Miss King and Miss Timmi. When it was home time Miss King asked us "what was your favourite part?"  My favourite part was the dinosaurs bone.

Nurse Heidi

Nurse Heidi is a dental therapist. She works at Point England School.

When Nurse Heidi was a little girl she used to go to the dental therapist at her school. She went learn about the tools to use. Nurse Heidi had to train at university for 2 years.

Nurse Heidi's  favourite part of her job is working with kids. The boringest part is doing all the paperwork .

The funny thing Heidi has done is cleaning her dog's teeth. Nurse Heidi uses a tool for her dog. When she's trying to clean her teeth she gives her a treat.

Room 13 is so lucky to have Nurse Heidi at Point England School.

Matariki is the the 7 stars of the group is Matariki Matariki is the name of a group.It marks the beginning of the Maori New Year.

There are lots of different ways to celebrate Matariki. People sing and dance with some of their family and friends because the people have fun. The people light fireworks like smoke bombs, rockets and Roman candles.

Kazoos maker

On Monday in Mr.Blakey's class we made kazoos. We used scissors, Sellotape, colourful paper, two little rubber bands and a big one. First we cut the colourful paper out. Then we got the Popsicle sticks and we wrapped them around the sticks with the Sellotape. Next we pulled out one of the Popsicle sticks carefully. After that we stretched the big rubberband around the stick which was a little bit tricky. Then we put on the other Popsicle stick and wrapped two rubberbands around it. Finally we got to blow it. It sounded weird but it was amazing.
